Returns

Our products are made to order which means they cannot be returned or exchanged according to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the provision of “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalized”.

Defects

All torrini’s jewelry has a guaranty book that all of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted by our goldsmith master followed by our goldsmith traditions. Rhodium Plating Service

We offer a galvanic bath used to brighten and enhance white gold. Notify us when you feel your white gold product needs a renew.

Shining and Cleaning Service

If your jewelry needs shining or cleaning, you can entrust us to do so by coming to our store free of charge.

Stone Setting Service

For jewelry that contains precious stones, diamonds and/or pearls we offer a service of repositioning. Send us an email to info@torrinishop.com indicating the cause for the repositioning with pictures and we will notify you how to proceed.
