24kt Gold Florentine Coin Earrings – Florin
Product Details
Product info
Pure gold at the ears: these 24kt gold Florentine coin earrings carry two florins minted in 24kt gold, true to the original coin in purity and size at 20 mm, the lily of Florence on the obverse and Saint John the Baptist on the reverse, from the Florentine Gold Coins collection.
Each coin is struck, then set by hand in a bezel of 18kt yellow gold cast by the lost-wax technique, which brings the earring to 23 mm and gives the soft pure gold a firm edge. Pure gold has a deeper color than 18kt, and the two coins read warmer than the bezels that hold them. Each coin hangs from a post with a butterfly back.
The same pair exists cast in 18kt gold, and the quarter florin and the mezzo zecchino are minted in pure gold as well, with necklaces and bracelets to match.
Minted in Florence and set to order by the goldsmiths selected by the Maison, with the Torrini Certificate of Origin. No two strikes are the same: relief, edge, and color vary slightly from coin to coin, and that variation is the signature of these 24kt gold Florentine coin earrings.

How to Choose the Right Ring Size
- Use a professional ring sizer (the most accurate method!)The most professional way to find your size is by using a ring sizer. It's easy to use and available online. This way, you'll have the same tool we use in our jewelry store and, in just a few seconds, you'll know your exact size.
- Measure your finger at the right time of dayFingers can swell in warm weather and shrink in cold weather. The ideal time to measure is midday, when your hands are warm, to avoid mistakes.
- Avoid "DIY" methods (string, paper, ruler, etc.)These methods are popular but often inaccurate. They can work for a general idea, but not for an important purchase. If you choose to use them, always compare your results with an official size chart.
- Check the ring's widthVery wide rings (such as thick bands or rings over 5 millimeters) fit differently from thinner ones. In general, wide rings may require going up by half a size.
- If you're between two sizes, choose carefullyIf you're unsure between two sizes, consider the ring style:
- For a thin ring or engagement ring → choose the smaller size
- For a thicker ring or in summer → choose the larger size

The Torrini Packaging
Each creation is presented in the Torrini case, together with its soft pouch and the Certificate of Origin in its holder. Made to protect the creation in transit and to keep it over the years, the packaging is ready to be gifted: the moment of opening is part of the creation itself.
