This is a bridge text. It has been drafted from the technologies actually observed on the Site so that the Cookie Policy referred to by the Privacy Policy, the Legal Notice and the Terms of Use exists and is accurate. It is intended for review and adoption by the Maison's legal adviser, and it is to be replaced by the definitive document once delivered.

1. Purpose and scope

1.1 This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on the website torrini1369.com (the "Site"), for what purposes, and how the User may give, refuse or withdraw consent at any time.

1.2 It forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy, to which reference is made for the identity of the Controller, the legal bases of processing, retention periods and the rights of data subjects under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR.

1.3 The Controller is Torrini 1369 s.r.l., with registered office at Piazza del Duomo 12/R, 50122 Florence, Italy, contactable at info@torrini1369.com.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

2.1 A cookie is a small text file that a site stores on the User's device and reads on subsequent visits. Equivalent purposes are served by other techniques, in particular browser local storage, which this Site also uses; where this document says "cookie" it means both, because the legal treatment under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive is the same.

2.2 Cookies may be set by the Site itself ("first party") or by a third party whose content the page loads ("third party"). They may last only for the browsing session ("session") or persist for a defined period ("persistent").

3. Consent: how it is collected and how it is withdrawn

3.1 On first access from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the Site displays a consent banner offering, with equal prominence, the options Accept, Decline and Manage preferences. No non-essential cookie is set before the User has made a choice.

3.2 The choice may be changed at any time, with no loss of function, through the Cookie preferences control in the footer of every page and in the mobile menu, which reopens the preferences panel.

3.3 Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately: the live chat is shut down without a page reload. Where a third party has already been contacted during the session, withdrawal prevents any further contact but cannot retroactively undo a transfer that has already occurred.

3.4 The consent choice itself is recorded in a strictly necessary cookie. That cookie is set whichever choice is made, including a refusal, because it is what allows the Site not to ask again.

4. Categories used on this Site

4.1 The preferences panel offers four categories, corresponding to those described in section 11.2 of the Privacy Policy:

• Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function. These do not require consent and cannot be disabled.
• Preferences — remember choices made by the User and enable functional third-party content, such as the map and the live chat.
• Analytics — measure how the Site is used, in aggregate.
• Marketing — support advertising and the measurement of advertising campaigns.

5. Cookies and technologies currently in use

5.1 Strictly necessary. Cookies set by Shopify Inc., the platform on which the Site runs, to maintain the session, the shopping cart and the checkout, to remember the country and language selected, and to record the consent choice described in section 3.4. The consent cookie is flagged HttpOnly and is therefore not readable by scripts running on the page. These are set on every visit, including one where all optional categories have been refused.

5.2 Preferences — live chat (Chatra). Provided by Chatra Inc. Stores identifiers in the browser's local storage in order to associate a conversation with the same visitor across pages. It is loaded only after consent to the Preferences category, and is shut down on withdrawal.

5.3 Preferences — map (Google Maps). Provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Displays the boutique location on the contact page and involves a connection to Google servers, which discloses the User's IP address. It is loaded only after consent to the Preferences category. Until then the page shows a notice in its place, and the boutique address remains available as text.

5.4 Preferences — wishlist. The Site stores the User's saved items in the browser's local storage on the device in use. This information is not associated with an account and is never transmitted to the Maison or to any third party.

5.5 Analytics — Shopify. The platform's own aggregate audience measurement, used to produce the statistics available to the Maison in the Shopify administration interface.

5.6 Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Measures, in aggregate, how the Site is visited and which pages and products are viewed, including completed purchases. It is loaded only after consent to the Analytics category: before a choice is made, and after a refusal, no Google measurement tag runs and no Google cookie is set.

5.7 Marketing — Google Ads and Google Merchant Center. Provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Record whether a visit or a purchase follows a click on a Google advertisement or on a Google listing of the Maison's products, in order to measure the effectiveness of advertising. Loaded only after consent to the Marketing category.

5.8 Marketing — Meta pixel and Conversions API. Provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Record visits and purchases in order to measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to allow the Maison to address that advertising to relevant audiences. Where consent is given, the same events are also transmitted to Meta by Shopify's servers (the "Conversions API"), subject to the same consent. Loaded only after consent to both the Analytics and the Marketing categories.

5.9 Analytics and marketing — Klaviyo. Provided by Klaviyo, Inc. Records browsing on the Site — pages and products viewed, items added to the cart — and associates it with the User's profile where the User has subscribed to the newsletter or has otherwise identified themselves, in order to send relevant communications. Loaded only after consent to both the Analytics and the Marketing categories.

5.10 Login with Shop. Where the User chooses to authenticate with Shop Pay, Shopify sets the cookies necessary for that authentication. This occurs only on the User's initiative.

5.11 Save for the above, the Site loads no other third-party content. In particular, the fonts used by the Site are served from the Maison's own domain and no connection to a font provider takes place.

6. Cookies set by the analytics and marketing tools

6.1 With consent, the tools described in paragraphs 5.6 to 5.9 set the following cookies on the User's device. None of them is set before a choice is made or after a refusal.

• _ga and _ga_X80X78CVPX (Google Analytics 4) — distinguish one visitor from another and preserve the state of the visit. Duration: 2 years. Category: Analytics.
• _gcl_au (Google Ads) — associates a purchase with the advertisement that led to it. Duration: 90 days. Category: Marketing.
• _ga_KZJW8N43V8 (Google Merchant Center) — preserves the state of the visit for the measurement of Google product listings. Duration: 2 years. Category: Marketing.
• _fbp (Meta), and _fbc where the visit follows a click on a Meta advertisement — associate visits and purchases with the advertising that led to them. Duration: 90 days. Category: Marketing.
• __kla_id (Klaviyo) — associates browsing with the User's Klaviyo profile. Duration: 2 years. Categories: Analytics and Marketing.

6.2 These tools may also store equivalent identifiers in the browser's local storage. The names and durations above are those set by the providers and may change; this list is updated when they do (paragraph 8.1).

6.3 Withdrawing consent prevents these tools from being loaded again. The cookies they have already stored are not deleted by the withdrawal itself, and may be deleted through the browser settings (section 7).

6.4 The data collected by these tools is received by Google Ireland Ltd, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and Klaviyo, Inc. For transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area and the safeguards adopted, reference is made to the Privacy Policy.

7. Controlling cookies through the browser

7.1 Independently of the choice expressed on the Site, every browser allows cookies to be inspected, blocked or deleted through its own settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the cart and the checkout from working.

7.2 Deleting the cookies stored by the Site also deletes the record of the consent choice; the banner will therefore be displayed again on the next visit.

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

8.1 This document is updated whenever a technology is added to or removed from the Site. The version number and date appear at the head of the page, and the previous versions are retained by the Maison.

2. Che cosa sono i cookie e le tecnologie analoghe

2.1 Un cookie è un piccolo file di testo che un sito memorizza sul dispositivo dell'Utente e rilegge nelle visite successive. Finalità equivalenti sono perseguite con altre tecniche, in particolare la memoria locale del browser, che questo Sito parimenti utilizza; dove il presente documento dice "cookie" si intendono entrambe, poiché il trattamento giuridico ai sensi dell'art. 5(3) della Direttiva ePrivacy è il medesimo.

2.2 I cookie possono essere impostati dal Sito stesso ("prima parte") oppure da un terzo il cui contenuto la pagina carica ("terza parte"). Possono durare la sola sessione di navigazione ("di sessione") o persistere per un periodo determinato ("persistenti").

3. Il consenso: come viene raccolto e come si revoca

3.1 Al primo accesso dallo Spazio economico europeo e dal Regno Unito, il Sito mostra un banner di consenso che propone, con pari evidenza, le opzioni Accetta, Rifiuta e Gestisci preferenze. Nessun cookie non essenziale viene impostato prima che l'Utente abbia effettuato una scelta.

3.2 La scelta può essere modificata in qualsiasi momento, senza alcuna perdita di funzionalità, tramite il comando Cookie preferences presente nel piè di pagina di ogni pagina e nel menu mobile, che riapre il pannello delle preferenze.

3.3 La revoca del consenso ha effetto immediato: la chat dal vivo viene disattivata senza necessità di ricaricare la pagina. Qualora un terzo sia già stato contattato nel corso della sessione, la revoca impedisce ogni ulteriore contatto ma non può annullare retroattivamente un trasferimento già avvenuto.

3.4 La scelta espressa è a sua volta registrata in un cookie strettamente necessario. Tale cookie viene impostato qualunque sia la scelta, incluso il rifiuto, perché è ciò che consente al Sito di non riproporre la richiesta.

4. Le categorie utilizzate su questo Sito

4.1 Il pannello delle preferenze propone quattro categorie, corrispondenti a quelle descritte al paragrafo 11.2 della Privacy Policy:

• Marketing — supportano l'attività pubblicitaria e la misurazione delle campagne.

5. Cookie e tecnologie attualmente in uso

5.1 Strettamente necessari. Cookie impostati da Shopify Inc., la piattaforma su cui il Sito è realizzato, per mantenere la sessione, il carrello e il checkout, per ricordare il paese e la lingua selezionati e per registrare la scelta di consenso di cui al paragrafo 3.4. Il cookie di consenso è contrassegnato come HttpOnly e non è pertanto leggibile dagli script eseguiti nella pagina. Sono impostati a ogni visita, compresa quella in cui tutte le categorie facoltative siano state rifiutate.

5.2 Preferenze — chat dal vivo (Chatra). Fornita da Chatra Inc. Memorizza identificativi nella memoria locale del browser per associare una conversazione al medesimo visitatore tra una pagina e l'altra. Viene caricata soltanto previo consenso alla categoria Preferenze ed è disattivata in caso di revoca.

5.3 Preferenze — mappa (Google Maps). Fornita da Google Ireland Ltd. Mostra l'ubicazione della boutique nella pagina dei contatti e comporta una connessione ai server di Google, con conseguente comunicazione dell'indirizzo IP dell'Utente. Viene caricata soltanto previo consenso alla categoria Preferenze. Fino a quel momento la pagina espone al suo posto un avviso, e l'indirizzo della boutique resta comunque disponibile in forma testuale.

5.4 Preferenze — lista dei desideri. Il Sito conserva gli articoli salvati dall'Utente nella memoria locale del browser sul dispositivo in uso. Tale informazione non è associata ad alcun account e non viene mai trasmessa alla Maison né ad alcun terzo.

5.5 Misurazione — Shopify. Rilevazione aggregata del pubblico propria della piattaforma, utilizzata per produrre le statistiche disponibili alla Maison nell'interfaccia di amministrazione di Shopify.

5.6 Misurazione — Google Analytics 4. Fornito da Google Ireland Ltd. Rileva in forma aggregata le modalità di visita del Sito e le pagine e i prodotti visualizzati, compresi gli acquisti conclusi. Viene caricato soltanto previo consenso alla categoria Misurazione: prima della scelta, e dopo un rifiuto, nessun tag di misurazione di Google viene eseguito e nessun cookie di Google viene impostato.

5.7 Marketing — Google Ads e Google Merchant Center. Forniti da Google Ireland Ltd. Rilevano se una visita o un acquisto segue il clic su un annuncio di Google o su una scheda dei prodotti della Maison pubblicata da Google, al fine di misurare l'efficacia della pubblicità. Vengono caricati soltanto previo consenso alla categoria Marketing.

5.8 Marketing — pixel Meta e Conversions API. Forniti da Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Rilevano visite e acquisti al fine di misurare la pubblicità su Facebook e Instagram e di consentire alla Maison di indirizzarla a un pubblico pertinente. Ove il consenso sia prestato, gli stessi eventi sono trasmessi a Meta anche dai server di Shopify (la cosiddetta "Conversions API"), nel rispetto del medesimo consenso. Vengono caricati soltanto previo consenso a entrambe le categorie Misurazione e Marketing.

5.9 Misurazione e marketing — Klaviyo. Fornito da Klaviyo, Inc. Rileva la navigazione sul Sito — pagine e prodotti visualizzati, articoli aggiunti al carrello — e la associa al profilo dell'Utente qualora questi si sia iscritto alla newsletter o si sia altrimenti identificato, al fine di inviare comunicazioni pertinenti. Viene caricato soltanto previo consenso a entrambe le categorie Misurazione e Marketing.

5.10 Login with Shop. Qualora l'Utente scelga di autenticarsi tramite Shop Pay, Shopify imposta i cookie necessari a tale autenticazione. Ciò avviene esclusivamente su iniziativa dell'Utente.

5.11 Salvo quanto sopra, il Sito non carica alcun altro contenuto di terze parti. In particolare, i caratteri tipografici utilizzati sono serviti dal dominio della Maison e non ha luogo alcuna connessione verso un fornitore di font.

6. Cookie impostati dagli strumenti di misurazione e marketing

6.1 Previo consenso, gli strumenti descritti ai paragrafi da 5.6 a 5.9 impostano sul dispositivo dell'Utente i seguenti cookie. Nessuno di essi viene impostato prima della scelta o dopo un rifiuto.

• _ga e _ga_X80X78CVPX (Google Analytics 4) — distinguono un visitatore dall'altro e conservano lo stato della visita. Durata: 2 anni. Categoria: Misurazione.
• _gcl_au (Google Ads) — associa un acquisto all'annuncio che lo ha generato. Durata: 90 giorni. Categoria: Marketing.
• _ga_KZJW8N43V8 (Google Merchant Center) — conserva lo stato della visita ai fini della misurazione delle schede prodotto su Google. Durata: 2 anni. Categoria: Marketing.
• _fbp (Meta), e _fbc qualora la visita segua il clic su un annuncio di Meta — associano visite e acquisti alla pubblicità che li ha generati. Durata: 90 giorni. Categoria: Marketing.
• __kla_id (Klaviyo) — associa la navigazione al profilo Klaviyo dell'Utente. Durata: 2 anni. Categorie: Misurazione e Marketing.

6.2 Tali strumenti possono inoltre conservare identificativi equivalenti nella memoria locale del browser. I nomi e le durate sopra indicati sono quelli stabiliti dai fornitori e possono cambiare; il presente elenco è aggiornato quando ciò avviene (paragrafo 8.1).

6.3 La revoca del consenso impedisce che tali strumenti vengano nuovamente caricati. I cookie già memorizzati non vengono cancellati dalla revoca in sé, e possono essere eliminati tramite le impostazioni del browser (paragrafo 7).

6.4 I dati raccolti da tali strumenti sono ricevuti da Google Ireland Ltd, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd e Klaviyo, Inc. Per i trasferimenti di dati personali al di fuori dello Spazio economico europeo e le garanzie adottate si rinvia alla Privacy Policy.

7. Il controllo dei cookie tramite il browser

7.1 Indipendentemente dalla scelta espressa sul Sito, ogni browser consente di ispezionare, bloccare o eliminare i cookie tramite le proprie impostazioni. Il blocco dei cookie strettamente necessari impedisce il funzionamento del carrello e del checkout.

7.2 L'eliminazione dei cookie memorizzati dal Sito comporta anche l'eliminazione della registrazione della scelta di consenso; alla visita successiva il banner sarà pertanto nuovamente mostrato.
